Automation engineer
The challenge is not programming an individual machine. The challenge is making an entire system behave predictably under demanding operating conditions. Are you one of us?
At AXTech, automation is used to control systems handling hundreds or thousands of tons in moving and demanding environments.
We deliver custom-engineered lifting, handling and motion compensation systems for offshore and industrial applications worldwide. The systems combine electrical drives, control systems, hydraulics, mechanics and sensors, often operating at the limits of what standard solutions can achieve.
As an automation engineer, you will work with PLCs, drives, control algorithms, system behavior and HMI’s. The challenge is not programming an individual machine. The challenge is making an entire system behave predictably under demanding operating conditions.
Automation, electrical, hydraulics, mechanical and analysis disciplines work closely together throughout the project. Our engineers typically follow projects from concept development through engineering, simulation, testing, commissioning and final operations offshore.
We are looking for curious engineers who enjoy understanding complex systems and turning engineering concepts into reality.
