Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and technically curious person to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role is suitable both for new graduates eager to learn and more experienced candidates. Title (Sales Engineer or Sales Manager) will depend on experience.
What you do
· - Work closely with customers to understand their operational needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions
· - Prepare technical and commercial proposals together with engineering teams
· - Follow up inquiries and develop strong, trust-based customer relationships
· - Identify opportunities and contribute to market insight and lead generation
· - Represent AXTech in client meetings, negotiations, exhibitions and industry arenas
Who you are
· - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, marine, automation or similar)
· - Curious, proactive and eager to learn – especially about complex systems
· - Motivated by problem-solving and understanding “how things work”
· - Comfortable engaging with customers and discussing technical possibilities
· - Able to switch between big-picture thinking and practical solution details
· - Fluent in English
For experienced applicants:
· Experience with technical sales, tender processes or engineered equipment is beneficial
· Ability to manage customer relations and drive commercial processes
