We are looking for a Concept Engineer to join AXTech’s Technology & Development team.

In this role, you will contribute to the early concept and visualization of new lifting and handling solutions for some of the most exciting projects in the offshore and marine industry.

You will work creatively with 3D modelling, illustration and conceptual thinking — helping transform customer needs into smart, functional concepts. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background, a good sense of design and function and a strong curiosity to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual 3D models and visualizations of new systems and ideas
• Translate functional requirements into clear, feasible design concepts
• Describe system boundaries, functions and operating principles
• Prepare visual materials and presentations to support tenders and sales processes
• Contribute to innovation and method development in early project phases
• Collaborate with engineers, sales, and project teams to align concepts with                   technical and commercial goals

Your Profile

• Higher technical education
• A “technical gene” – you have interest for how systems work and how they should       be shaped and function together
• Experience or strong interest in 3D modelling, visualization or technical illustration       (e.g., SolidWorks or similar tools)
• Logical and curious mindset – able to listen, think ahead and see what will (and             won’t) work in practice
• Open to learning and exploring new tools, including AI-assisted concept                         development
• Experience from marine operations or offshore-related industries is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
