In AXTech we design and deliver unique engineered lifting and handling solutions for demanding industries. Every project is tailor-made — and that’s what makes our work exciting. Our main markets are Offshore Renewables, Subsea Lifting and Floating Production – and we’re growing. We’re now looking for a technically strong and commercially minded person to help us develop and win new projects within one or more of these segments.
This role offers exposure to multiple market segments and a diverse range of tasks, which can be tailored to your individual strengths and ambitions. AXTech is also working with a patented range of specialized products and services, and for the right candidate it is possible to take ownership of our patented systems and product portfolio, contributing directly to the development, commercialization and sales of innovative technology. You’ll become part of a highly skilled and passionate engineering team, working on some of the most exciting, next-level projects in the industry.
What you’ll do
- Lead bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy, structure and technical quality.
- Work closely with engineering and management to develop competitive solutions.
- Bridge customer needs and technical solutions, from concept to contract.
- Support negotiations and contract reviews with customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within AXTech’s core markets.
- Contribute to product development and follow up AXTech’s product portfolio
Who you are
- Engineering background (mechanical, systems or similar)
- Industry experience from offshore, subsea or renewables
- Forward-leaning and results-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and “deal-closing skills” to secure new business for AXTech
- Technically curious, structured, and commercially minded
- Confident representing AXTech to clients and partners
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
