As a Sales Manager, you won’t just sell products; you’ll help shape tailored, technical solutions that meet the high expectations of our global customers. You will work closely with engineering and business development teams to understand our solutions in-depth and communicate them effectively to key decision-makers, internally and external.
You will report directly to the Director for Sales & Business Development and play a key role in driving our business forward.
What you’ll do
- Act as the bridge between technical solutions and customer needs, crafting tailored quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collect and manage all sales documentation required for bids, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Lead client negotiations and support contract reviews to secure successful agreements.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and identifying potential leads.
- Represent AXTech at exhibitions and industry events, showcasing our capabilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with AXTech’s strategy and vision.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who can combine technical understanding with a passion for relationship-building. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering)
- A proven ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- An organized and structured approach to handling large-scale bids and projects.
- A genuine interest in technology and development, with the ability to grasp complex technical solutions.
- Previous knowledge of the offshore industry and experience with engineered heavy equipment is a big advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
