We have an exciting opportunity as Project Manager in our Project department. You will be part of an international company, where your team will consist of diverse, experienced, and motivated project members located on various locations in Norway and Poland.

You will manage projects with a typical lifespan from 1 to 3 years. You will be hands-on with both project teams and customers following day by day activities. Work tasks and responsibilities:

• Project financial responsibility

• Motivate the project team to deliver on time and on budget

• Single point of contact to the Client

• Follow-up of budget, forecast, and invoicing

• Establish project plans and monitor progress and productivity

• Communicate to stakeholders

Qualifications and personal skills:

You provide your project team with a clear direction and motivation to keep focused on set goals. With a strong mindset you can keep a "cool head" through challenging phases, and you are focused on bottom-line results where you can identify potential risks and monitor the financial impact of project activities. You prefer a methodical and systematic approach where you plan ahead, define clear priorities and make sure to report in a precise and structured way.
