Do you want to lead projects that deliver tailored, technical solutions to customers all over the world? AXTech is now looking for a project manager with a workplace in Molde.

Work tasks and responsibilities:

• Single point of contact to the Client
• Lead the project group and ensure that all disciplines deliver according to agreement and specification
• Project financial responsibility, including follow-up of the budget, forecast, invoicing and hours
• Effectively report, communicate, negotiate and influence results both internally and externally

Qualifications and personal skills:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in economic or technical discipline
• Strong commercial skills and good business understanding
• Experience and good results from project work
• Committed and engaged with the ability to motivate the team to achieve goals
• The ability to keep a "cool head" through challanging phases
