AXTech is a dynamic and ambitious engineering company specialized in tailor-made heavy lifting and handling equipment for marine and offshore industries. Over the past years we have done significant projects and development investments within offshore renewables and marine minerals recovery -industries, which has enabled us to be in the forefront to service the needs in current energy transition.

The sales department in AXTech is responsible for concept development and front-end engineering and design (FEED) in close collaboration with our valued clients. We strongly believe in up-to-date and future oriented technical solutions, mixed with good commercial sense. We search for a new team-player to further develop our product and project portfolio. This includes both technical and commercial specification and project risk assessment of our tailored solutions.

Main tasks:

• Active contributor in technology and concept development projects in-house, but also in close collaboration with clients, key suppliers and strategic partners.
• Active contributor in the tender process. Commercial and technical sales documentation
• Cooperate with inter-discipline engineering teams (hydraulics, electronics-, software- and mechanical) for integration and development of new products
• R&D projects in close collaboration with Innovation Norway, The Research Council of Norway, EU-funding programs, etc.
• Be a AXTech Ambassador and develop close relationships with both existing and potential customers, and be an active contributor who brings AXTech to the table

Qualifications:

• M.Sc in mechanical, hydraulics, electro or automation/cybernetics
• 7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to handle customer and internal stakeholders professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
• Innovative, always looking for new and better solutions
• Open minded, creative and willing to learn and explore
